La Borghesiana Romana
Set at Châteauform' La Borghesiana Romana, just outside Rome, the week is designed as an immersive retreat rather than a conference. Beginning with a Welcome Reception and Dinner on Monday evening, participants are guided through a dynamic organisational simulation, integrated workshops, and facilitated cohort dialogue, culminating in the programme's close at noon on Friday.
The venue is easily reached from central Rome (30 minutes from Termini) or Fiumicino Airport (50 minutes), so you can arrive and settle in without feeling rushed.
A short way from Rome and its international airport, La Borghesiana Romana offers a peaceful and productive environment for the Transforming Organisations programme. This villa sits in the Roman countryside and is exclusively dedicated to corporate meetings and events. Meeting rooms are comfortable and conducive to discussion and learning, while the large outdoor spaces invite us to think out of the box or relax after our working days.

The Experience
Transforming Organisations is a powerful business simulation in which you step into the lead key consultant role guiding a business through whole system transformation.
Over three and a half days, you live through a client's whole system transformation, compressed from a real two-year journey into a single immersive week.
You will step into the lead consultant role on a business facing stagnation and leadership upheaval, and follow it from early diagnosis through to a "Now What, a year later" review, working the case alongside your cohort as it would unfold in the real world.
Your Impact
Graduates of this course will have the knowledge and hands on experience to guide every aspect of whole system transformation in organisations.
In addition, certified access to the entire suite of BVC Analytics is granted upon completion of the course. This includes the Culture and Leadership Assessments tools and reports, as well as expertise in combining these analytics for deeper, more impactful insights.
