TRANSFORMING ORGANISATIONS

Transforming Organisations is Barrett Value Centre’s premier certification integrating culture and strategy for whole system transformation.

Creating transformation for performance, purpose, and profit.

The Experience

Transforming Organisations is a powerful business simulation in which participants step into the lead key consultant role guiding a business through whole system transformation.

Our simulation: The business has experienced stagnation and leadership upheaval. Talent, processes and systems have not kept pace with the demands of customers and competition.  Even the core business model is under scrutiny.  The new CEO is challenged to align the culture, leadership, and structure for sustainable growth. In this program, the participants will use BVC’s Cultural Transformation Tools® to diagnose both challenges and opportunities, designing a roadmap for transformation which looks holistically across the functions and organizational influences.

The simulation brings to life the success, trials, shifts, and decisions consultants face over a two-year whole system transformation.

In addition, certified access to the entire suite of BVC Analytics is granted upon completion of the course.  This includes the Culture and Leadership Assessments tools and reports, as well as expertise in combining these analytics for deeper, more impactful insights.
