Recy joined the Barrett Values Centre in 2012. Her responsibilities are invoicing, collecting payments, providing support with daily general financial processes, and customer service. Recy studied Business Management and Managerial Accounting at University of North Carolina at Asheville. She lives in Mars Hill, NC with her family.

Daniel joined BVC in 2020. As an Assessment Consultant, he focuses on building relationships with clients, setting up assessments, and writing reports. Daniel has a MA in animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design and more than 10 years in management. Daniel is fluent in English and Portuguese, and currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Christine joined Barrett Values Centre in 2021 as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining BVC, Christine worked in corporate and consulting roles in both Marketing and Organizational Development. Christine graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a M.A. and Ph.D. in Applied Experimental Psychology, specializing in I/O Psychology. She lives in Western North Carolina mountains with her partner and two cats. She has two sons and three amazing grandchildren.

Catherine joined Barrett Values Centre in 2006. As an Assessment Consultant, she provides personalised service to network consultants. In addition, she contributes to product development for the BVC suite of products. Catherine lives just north of Manchester, England. She is a keen supporter of Liverpool FC and enjoys the outdoors.

Rick joined BVC in 2007 as a management consultant and has expanded that role over the years. He earned a BA in Economics from Providence College, and his CPA while at Price Waterhouse. Rick lives with his wife Colette in Andover, Massachusetts, near their four adult children.

Chris joined Barrett Values Centre in 1998 as Director of Information Technology. In 2017, he became the CEO and is responsible for the mission, vision, strategy, and culture. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS degree in computer science. He lives in Crozet, Virginia with his family.

Kyle joined Barrett Values Centre in 2018. He is the HR/Financial assistant and supports matters related to event planning and accounts receivables. Kyle enjoys spending time outside hiking or being on his motorcycle. He loves to be in the gym where he is also a personal trainer to help people work on their fitness goals.

Adolfo joined Barrett Values Centre in 2020. He specializes in organizational turn-around processes integrating culture and strategy mapping all initiatives on the Barrett Model. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, served as CEO of big corporations for more than 20 years, and specializes in whole business transformation processes. He lives between the US and Spain.

Tyler joined Barrett Values Centre team in 2007. Tyler provides close daily support to the Operations, Network, and Innovations Services teams. He has a Computer Engineering degree from Virginia Tech, and resides in Alexandria, VA.

Christian McCain Joined Barrett Values Centre in 2021. His responsibilities include handling internal support requests and communication to and from the IT department. Christian has two and a half years experience working in agile development and hopes to use his experience to help streamline change requests and product improvement. He studied computer science at Regent University and lives in Newport News with his Wife. In his spare time Christian Loves to build computers, play games, and help out his family with their own IT questions.

Patrick joined Barrett Values Centre in 2007. He serves as a trusted resource for innovative, practical, business-focused solutions. Patrick studied Computer Science and Psychology, and was eager to join the Barrett Values Centre team to apply his software engineering skills in an industry of his passion. Patrick lives in Charlotte, NC, and spends his free time with family/friends.

Jenny Quinn joined Barrett Values Centre in 2007. As part of Innovation support, she helps to develop products and services to address the rising needs of customers. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Appalachian State University. She lives with her family in Asheville, North Carolina.

As a grandfather of four, he is fully committed to the decade of action to deliver the UN SDDGs.

She lives in Edinburgh, Scotland with her husband and dog. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling around Europe.

Melanie joined BVC in 2021 as Director of Learning & Development supporting BVC Training Partners & Consultants. She has a passion for training & development with 25+ years of experience in non-profit, corporate, & entrepreneurship. She is a certified training & development professional, coach & team performance coach, with a B.A.Sc. She has 3 boys & lives north of Toronto enjoying the great outdoors.

Crystal joined BVC in 2019. She is passionate about helping people and organisations realize their fullest potential. She formerly served nine years in the Air Force working in aerospace engineering and organizational development. She holds a BS degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, an MBA, and a PhD in I/O Psychology. She resides near Greenville, South Carolina with her husband and three children.
