During this program, you will learn how to implement cultural transformation utilizing the Cultural Transformation Models and Tools. Ellen Miller with Team Performance, a US-based consulting firm since 1987, leads this live course through an online platform. She will be sharing her knowledge as a leadership and employee engagement advisor. This workshop supports you in gaining mastery in understanding values plots, creating mission/vision statements, leadership coaching, and core values integration. You will also experience a ‘live’ debrief of the Leadership Values Assessment, a foundational process in a leader’s own journey of transformation. Our goal: Your mastery in many aspects of the materials to enable you to foster cultural transformation in businesses, leadership and individuals and to feel confident to use the model & tools with knowledge and integrity.

The programme consists of these pillars:

• mastering plot reading (diagnosis)

• creating mission-vision-values statements (direction)

• whole system change/business transformation (implementation)

To support you, we will:

•deepen your knowledge of the model and tools,

•work with our own real life business cases

•learn by experience and interaction as much as possible

•relate learnings to who you are a person and where you are in your journey

•support you when doing your first assessment(s)

After being certified you’re able to purchase the assessments tools at the Barrett Values Centre and to set up your own cultural transformation projects! To support you you’ll receive an Individual Values Assessment with the part 1 training and a choice of the Small Group Assessment, or the Leadership Development Assessment with the Part 2 workshop. The combined workshop offers you both of those. Next to that you’ll have access to MyCTT, a rich library of materials, business cases, benchmarks and contacts.
