The 4-day integrated Cultural Transformation Tools (iCTT) training course combines the 2-day CTT Part 1 (Models & Tools) and 3-day CTT Part 2 (Building a Vision-guided, Values-driven Organisation) courses providing coaches, consultants and change agents with everything they need to, firstly, become accredited with this powerful suite of values-based diagnostic tools and, secondly, to learn a variety of practical methods and approaches that will enable them to fully integrate these tools into their client proposition.

In co-delivering the new 4-day iCTT course, John Campbell and Chris Monk between them bring many years 'practitioner' experience of working with the Cultural Transformation Tools to supplement this course; and they integrate their learning - along with other case studies - into the 4 days training so that course participants get to learn about real-life examples of cultural transformation. The first day of the iCTT training will focus on the 7 Levels of Consciousness model and the Individual Values Assessment. El Programa de Formación y Certificación Integrado CTT Part I & II está dirigida a Coaches, Consultores, Facilitadores de Cambio Cultural, Formadores y Responsables del Desarrollo de RRHH, Gestión del Talento & Desarrollo Corporativo en empresas e instituciones.

Este programa de formación, integra los dos días del CTT Parte I (Modelos y Herramientas) y los tres días del CTT Parte II (Como crear Organizaciones impulsadas por Valores), en un único formato de taller vivencial con cuatro días de duración. The CTT Models and Tools eLearning is conducted by CultureQuest Consulting live via the internet with an on-line trainer facilitating the classes. The workshop is conducted over four sessions lasting 2 hours each. It is designed to train consultants, change agents and human resource managers how to use the Cultural Transformation Tools. The CTT Models and Tools eLearning is conducted by CultureQuest Consulting live via the internet with an on-line trainer facilitating the classes. The workshop is conducted over four sessions lasting 2 hours each. It is designed to train consultants, change agents and human resource managers how to use the Cultural Transformation Tools. Participants are involved in lecture, web discussion and will also have the opportunity to interact during and between classes. This is an accreditation course to become a Certified User of the CTT Models and Tools. Upon completion of the course, you will receive one free Individual Values Assessment to use with a colleague or client. We will provide additional coaching on your personal IVA if desired and support you while you are carrying out your first CTT-project! This course is ideal for those whose time or travel needs make it difficult to attend one of the classroom courses posted on the training schedule. In this three-day workshop you will learn how to implement cultural transformation using the Cultural Transformation models and tools. The workshop will provide you with methodologies and expertise in delivery of values assessments and next steps for your clients.
