Esta certificación permite a sus participantes el uso de las Herramientas CTT y los faculta para contratar la aplicación de diagnósticos individuales, de equipos y de organizaciones directamente con Barrett Values Centre.

Los participantes a este Taller aprenden a aplicar las Herramientas de Diagnóstico CTT, a interpretar los informes de resultados escritos que provee BVC, a presentar los principales hallazgos de los diagnósticos a clientes y colegas, así como identificar líneas de acción para desarrollar procesos de transformación dirigidos a Individuos, Equipos, Organizaciones y Comunidades.

Al finalizar esta formación, los participantes adquieren de manera gratuita, el derecho de aplicar a un colega o a un cliente un Diagnóstico Individual de Valores y un Diagnóstico para un Equipo de hasta 15 personas. Esta experiencia les facilita aplicar lo aprendido en el Taller en forma inmediata y comprender la potencia de las Herramientas CTT en una situación real.

Description

The 4-day special combined & integrated Cultural Transformation Tools training course combines the 2-day CTT Part 1 (Models & Tools) and 3-day CTT Part 2 (Building a Vision-guided, Values-driven Organisation) courses providing coaches, consultants, change agents and managers with everything they need to get started using CTT. They become accredited with this powerful suite of values-based diagnostic tools and to learn a variety of practical methods and approaches that will enable them to integrate these tools into their business. In delivering the 4-day CTT course, Dirk Spangenberg brings many years of 'practitioner' experience working with the Cultural Transformation Tools. Course participants get to learn about real-life examples of cultural transformation.
