Using the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT)

If you would like to use the Cultural Transformation Tools within your own company or with a client, there two options:

1. Barrett Values Centre will be glad to connect you with certified CTT consultants in your local area who can support you in using the Cultural Transformation Tools within your organisation. Please note that areas of expertise and pricing may vary by consultant so we recommend you contact a few consultants to find the one who will best meet your needs.
2. Become a certified CTT consultant by attending the CTT Part 1 course: CTT Models & Tools. This course is a two-day workshop, offered in both a classroom and eLearning format, designed to help you build a foundation in using the CTT Models and Tools. Upon completion of the course, you will be a certified CTT consultant and have access to the values assessments to use with your own company or clients. Other than the initial Part 1 training costs, there are no on-going fees to remain an accredited CTT consultant. You will pay only for those assessments you order going forward.
   
   Once you have completed CTT Part 1, we offer a Part 2 course: Building a Vision-Guided, Values-Driven Organization if you would like to deepen your understanding of the CTT Models & Tools and the transformation process. The Part 2 course is a three-day workshop that is an opportunity to go more deeply into interpreting the results of values assessments, delivering the feedback of Leadership Values Assessments, a “4 Why’s” process for developing Vision/Mission statements, and much more. The Part 2 is also delivered in a classroom or eLearning format to work with your availability and preferences. Once you complete the Part 2 course, you will have the option of ordering additional reports as well as price reductions.
