Pleuntje van Meer is global consultant and facilitator of transformation programs since 1997. She graduated in political sciences and economy and started corporate life in 1993 in the financial industry, working in Management Development and Change Management as senior consultant and leadership coach.
She founded her own company in 2001, now Synnova, a global network with the mission to accelerate learning and change. During the last years Synnova worked for many companies like ING, Fortis, Deutsche Bank, IBM, ASML, Endemol, Arcadis, NN, de Baak Management Centre, and facilitating change programs and executive leadership programs.
Pleuntje’s passion is to understand the culture and direction of an organisation and to create a customized program to facilitate learning, that helps people and companies to transform.
She works as consultant, trainer and executive coach with individuals and in teams.
She applies the cultural transformation tools since 2000 and is a CTT trainer and train-trainer.
