Héctor is is the founder partner of Service Management Systems (SMS), created in 1990 and Transform Action, created in 2002, both in Madrid, Spain. He was formerly Corporate Development Manager in BAT Industries, Bank of America and Xerox Latin American Group subsidiaries, working and living in Brazil, México, Argentina and Spain.
Héctor is a specialist in Strategic Business Modelling, Performance Engineering and Management of Organisational Behaviour. He is also a Personal & Executive coach for CEO's, Leadership Teams and Consultants.
From SMS he develops in-company projects, integrating Cultural Change with Sustainable Performance Improvement, for service corporations operating in Latin America, Portugal & Spain.
In the year 2001 he has published the spanish edition of Richard Barrett’s book “Liberating the Corporate Soul” and has also supported Barrett Values Centre as Spanish Language Master.
Since 2002 Transform Action promotes the application of the Corporate Transformation Tools. Héctor is CTT Consultant’s Trainer - he consults, trains and coaches in Spanish, Portuguese and English. He is member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, the International Transactional Analysis Association and the International Association of Coaches. www.transform-action.net
Married to Francis, proud father of Gabriela, Nicolás and Florencia, and grandfather of Alejandra, Nicolás, and Thiago y Matías. Héctor is living presently in Madrid.
