CTT Practitioner Certification Course

This new 4-day Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) Certification Training supports you in building practical skills and confidence to enable you to work with cultural transformation and values-based leadership development with your clients, to support leaders in building values-driven organizations.

The CTT Practitioner program is built upon collective international expertise of cultural transformation through real-life business cases and workshops, and comprehensive support materials.

This program provides coaches, consultants and change agents with everything you need to, firstly, become accredited to use these powerful suite of values-based diagnostic CTT tools and, secondly, to learn a variety of practical methods and approaches to fully integrate these tools into your client proposition.

The program offers you the opportunity to learn by reading, observing, practicing and reflecting on yourself, your own challenges and through working with others. Additionally, it includes post-training mentoring to help get you started.

If you've already attended a CTT 1 or 2 course, we still advise you attend all 4 days of this program, as some CTT 1 elements has been improved. It is a nice and deepening learning opportunity. Please contact us for more information. Register best 4 weeks in advance.

The course is based on two books, The Values-Driven Organization – Unleashing human potential for performance and profit, and Get Connected – A Practical guide to grow a desired team culture. The four day program is build upon 7 modules based on the principles of a holarchy and the fact that “it’s all connected”. After the introduction of “Why” it starts with “Me”, then “Team” and “Organization”, and at the final day putting it all together connecting your new knowledge with your challenges and to “Society” and the “World”. The training also include pre-work and activities after the four days.

Each participant is asked to complete 3 values assessments in order to get own personal experience and practice using CTT. There are 2 self-assessments, the Personal Values Assessment (PVA) and the Individual Values Assessment (IVA) and a 360° tool Leadership Development Report (LDR). The course also include a free IVA and a Small Group Assessment (SGA) or an LDR to be used after the four days with your own clients.

This training is conducted over 3 full days (usually from 9 am to 5 pm), in a small group workshop, during the dates specified above.

You will have fun exploring in an experiential, interactive and action-learning environment for self-discovery and personal development. Your learning will be enriched by the personal stories, real life examples and case studies from Niran, You will practice through case study and be empowered to act as a transformation facilitator for bringing cultural transformation to life with your clients.

This training is designed to help you deepen your understanding of the CTT Models and Tools through a focus on interpreting values assessment results and learning practical ways to work with the data to support the process of cultural transformation. To be eligible for the CTT Part 2, participants must have successfully completed the CTT Part 1 accreditation and preferably have first-hand experience in using the Cultural Transformation Tools.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be certified as a CTT Part II consultant with special access to a new range of products and online materials. You will receive either a free Small Group Assessment (for up to 20 people) or a free Leadership Development Report to further integrate your learning from this programme. RESUMEN DEL PROGRAMA

El primer día se centra en qué significa trabajar con los valores y la cultura y para qué es útil, y aprendemos o revisamos el modelo de los 7 Niveles de Conciencia de Richard Barrett, eje central de las herramientas CTT, poniéndolo en práctica con nuestra propia conciencia personal y motivación, introduciéndonos además en el concepto de sistema de cambio integral en las organizaciones.

El segundo día abordaremos el cambio personal, presentando el diagnóstico de valores individuales (IVA), cómo se analiza y se puede utilizar para el propio desarrollo personal y el coaching. Y además viviremos una experiencia práctica para entender cómo sacar el máximo provecho del diagnóstico de los valores culturales (CVA), y cómo pasar del informe del diagnóstico a la acción con un equipo.

El tercer día trata sobre cómo abordar la cultura organizacional en profundidad, a través de casos prácticos y la utilización de multitud de utilidades de las herramientas CTT en organizaciones (uso de los cortes  demográficos, diagnósticos de compatibilidad de fusiones y adquisiciones, el Cuadro de mando de las necesidades del negocio o BNS, etc). YAdemás, abordaremos cómo lidiar con el desarrollo del liderazgo basado en valores a través de los 7 niveles de conciencia del liderazgo, practicando y utilizando el feedback de los demás con tu propio informe de desarrollo de Liderazgo (LDR). Por último aprenderás a diseñar talleres de liderazgo basados en la cultura y los valores.

El cuarto día es el momento de integrar todo lo aprendido en los tres días anteriores y prepararse para ser un consultor certificado en las herramientas CTT.  Cubrimos además la creación de las declaraciones de visión y misión con el modelo de Richard Barrett  (los llamados cuatro “para qués”) y, finalmente, integramos todo lo aprendido hasta ahora en un práctico plan para empezar a hacer posible la transformación cultural y de los valores en las organizaciones. En dicho plan están incluidas las herramientas de Marketing de CTT para la facilitación de los procesos de cambios cultural, y los próximos pasos para formar parte de la red mundial de consultores CTT y utilizar todas sus herramientas, principalmente cómo pedir y hacer los diagnósticos y el uso de la web(“My CTT”).

About Amy Powell

This CTT Practitioner program will be facilitated and delivered by Amy Powell, Director of Business on Purpose LLC, Co-founder of Conscious Capitalism Portland.  Amy also co-founded Conscious Capitalism Australia, the first Conscious Capitalism chapter formed.

Amy has been working with culture change in organizations for 30 years and has used the Barrett CTT Tools in corporate environments for the past decade. She has helped business leaders in Australia and the U.S. to develop culture change programs that strengthen and support the organization, its employees, and its stakeholders.  Her approach is to:

  • Measure current culture and leadership, and clearly identify the desired state (using the CTT tools)  
  • Create a high-impact action plan
  • Use 1-on-1 and group coaching to deepen understanding and focus on new ways of leading
  • Embed the new culture using creative approaches that are internally driven
  • Re-measure, celebrate success, set the next goals and build a new action plan

What you will get with the program

This training covers all the essential elements outlined in the course review.   It is conducted over four full days in a small-group workshop.  

The objective of this training is for you to deeply explore and gain mastery in the CTT diagnostic tools and change processes. With these tools and processes available to you, your skills as a change agent will be amplified and honed.

This program will enable you to use all of the Barrett Tools upon successful completion and will give you exposure to a tried and tested Business on Purpose culture change model based on the principles of Conscious Capitalism (higher purpose, stakeholder approach, conscious leadership, and conscious culture).

In addition to the intensive four-day training, we will do both pre- and post-work (through online coaching), to ensure that you are fully ready to use your skills in business environments as an internal or external coach/consultant.

As part of the training, each participant will receive a personalized Leadership Development Report (LDR) and an Individual Values Assessment (IVA).  Upon successful completion, each person will also receive a free Small Group Assessment for up to 20 people (worth between $1,000 -$1,800) or a free LDR, as well as an IVA, so that they can put their new skills to work immediately following the program.
