Richard Barrett
Founder and Chairman
Richard Barrett is an internationally known author, speaker and consultant on leadership, values and culture in business and society.
He is a visiting lecturer at the Consulting and Coaching for Change, leadership course run jointly by HEC Executive Education in Paris and the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is also an adjunct professor at Royal Roads University, Institute for Values-based Leadership in Canada.
Richard is a Fellow of the World Business Academy, and former Values Coordinator at the World Bank. He is the creator of the Cultural Transformation Tools® and The New Leadership Paradigm.
Phil Clothier
Chief Executive Officer
Phil joined the Barrett Values Centre team in 2001 to open the BVC European Office. Phil is responsible for the overall management of the company.
Prior to joining Barrett Values Centre, Phil was the Information Technology (IT) Director of a hardware engineering, software programming, and systems consulting organization in the UK. As an IT consultant, Phil was responsible for the implementation of computer systems and processes throughout Europe. He quickly learned that systems that support organizational effectiveness also require organizational cultures that support information sharing. Phil's passion for transformation and his social vision find resonance in the Barrett Values Centre team.
Chris Gomez
Innovations Services Director
Chris joined Barrett Values Centre in 1998 as Director of Information Technology. Chris is responsible for the design and implementation of the Cultural Transformation Tools suite of software programs as well as the Barrett Values Centre websites.
Prior to joining Barrett Values Centre, Chris was Development Manager at American Management Systems and was responsible for the design and implementation of computer software and processes for managing state child support enforcement. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS degree in computer science.
Catherine Clothier
Operations Director
Catherine joined the Barrett Values Centre team in mid-2006 as Customer Service Manager for the European Office. Catherine is now responsible for the operations, processing and development of the Cultural Transformation Tools suite of assessments instruments.
Before joining to Barrett Values Centre, Catherine worked for Lloyds TSB Bank PLC in the UK for 20 years, most recently as Operations Manager responsible for 120 staff. Her skills and experience in ‘Lean Manufacturing’ techniques helps us to continuously improve our business systems and processes.
Tor Eneroth
Network Director
Tor joined the Barrett Values Centre team in January 2011. Tor is responsible for the support of the global CTT network of consultants and change agents.
Before joining Barrett Values Centre, Tor worked for more than 13 years as Culture Manager for two international companies based in Sweden, SCA and Volvo IT, where he created and implemented an internal global culture transformation strategy, and trained more than 600 Culture Ambassadors and Culture Navigators. He is a globally recognised for his experience in facilitating cultural transformation and building high performing teams. He has supported BVC as a CTT Part 1 & 2 trainer since 2005.
